point ,+ -,timing ,coil, all are ok, but ignition coilof my morris minor car is heating ? air filter blocking and Voltage Regulator adjustment ,influence for the ignition coil heating ? How to adjust the Voltage Regulator correctly

The voltage regulator should not be touched, this will not be the cause of the coil overheating, but i do want to know the generator output voltage.

air filter blocking and ignition plug problem , influence for the ignition coil heating ? I have seen, come out oil form under the one of the plugs-generator output voltage-it about 14 V- 15V
