Ignition coil of my morris minor 1000 heating ?

I'm not an expert on this type of vehicle. However, I would like to try to help you. What is getting hot? As far as the voltage to the battery, with the engine running on cars today, 14 volts to the battery isn't odd. As long as you are above 12v, the battery should charge. If the battery voltage is 11.5, that is too low and will eventually kill the battery. You started with "car is very heating." Do you mean the engine is overheating?

Hi ,thank you - No Dear, ignition coil of my car is Heating, I did So many thing ,to stop that case but couldn't( I have done ,Distributor point adjusting, condenser checking ,Timing,But Coil is vary Heating-then I check voltage of Coil ,then, voltage of the ignition coil + weir . It was 12v ,but when the increase(rise) the engine ,the voltage is increasing about 13-14 v , Then I adjust the Regulator( voltage control box )and recheck the + weir of coil, then, Normal 11v of the ignition + weir (when sart car)-When full rise engine It was 13 v (ignition coil is an un resistant coil) - -Now Battery voltage is 11.5v( when start car and check battery from multimeter, not rise engine ) when the full rise engine it increase about 12 - 13v- - -before Adjust when the full rise engine ,battery voltage was 13-14.5 v - on this situation Battery will be Charge ? tell me after my adjustment ,all are correct. look the image that I sent You about Ammeter (Am meter )of the car

COILS FOR BOTH JEEPS ARE BASICALLY THE SAME



IN THE LAST 3 PICS....I RECENTLY CHANGED OVER TO "PERTRONICS", POINTS ARE ELIMINATED AND THE BALLAST RESISTOR IS NO LONGER NEEDED. I LIKE IT A LOT!
