100 amp fuse blows every time I start the truck

My Toyota Hilux D4D alternator fuse 100amp blows every time i start the engine. it's about two to three seconds.. The fuselink with 100amp blown.

The problem was solved sir. thank you for replied back. it was a shorted wire, see the image below.
