Car sounds like airplane when driving but stops making noise at 40 mph and power steering full not leaking.

Normally when people say the vehicle sounds like an airplane, it is a bearing causing the issue. It could be the power steering but if your fluid is not low then this is unlikely to be the issue.

Give this a read and let me know what you think. If the noise goes away above 40, try swerving right and left while it is making the noise and let me know if it changes. Thanks
