I have an extremely stuck outer tie rod and I can't get it to move even a millimeter. I've tried hammering, PB blaster, WD40, more hammering, torch, removal tool, yet more hammering, jack under the stud and yes, more hammering. I'm starting to chowder up the knuckle and I'm afraid of destroying it. Really could use some help.

Welcome to 2CarPros.

I attached a picture below of a puller used on this design. Is that what you used? If it is, put tension on it and try smacking the highlighted portion of the puller to see if it breaks loose. Note: This may damage the tool, but often times the shock will cause it to break loose.

Let me know if that helps.

Old trick that might help. Take 2 large hammers, like 2-3 pounds. Place one on each side of the knuckle where the rod end taper is. Draw one back and give the knuckle a good hit. The idea is that the hammer hit will momentarily distort the hole and break the rod end free.
I didn't see heat mentioned, If you have a torch heat the knuckle around the stud. Even a propane torch will usually work.
