My cam bolt came loose and let my timeing belt slip y driving down interstate and I was wondering if it's worth putting belt back on or is it likely that it bent valves or messed piston up and how could I tell without sending it to shop and putting more money in to that I'm sure the car is not worth if it's more then a few hundred

Fair chance that you may have a bent valve or two, only way to tell is to re set the valve timing and do a comp test.

More to it sorry, you wont see anything under the valve cover, its in the combustion chamber that the damage will be done, you need to re set valve timing and test comps or pull the head and inspect.

I watched a video on resetting the timing on a 94 honda and it showed two different belts to set but since the top one is the only one that came off do I need to reset both of them or just the one with the camshaft on it the one that came off
