This vehicle has a coil for each cylinder with a small spark pug wire going form the coil to the spark plug. The coils mount on top of the valve cover. I'll post a picture below.

Good evening,
The engine uses an individual coil for each cylinder. It has 8 total, 8 wires from the coil to the plugs.
