My '03 Neon's DOOR and dome lights are always on when the engine is on and will shutoff 10-15 minutes after the engine is shut off and doors are shut. When the engine and lights are off, it only reacts to the driver door. I've tried WD-40 in the door latches to no avail. How do I go about fixing this?
