I am having a misfire issue. I have all spark and fuel on all four cylinders. I did a compression test cylinders two, three and 4 are around 150 psi.
Cylinder number one:
First test =30psi.
Second test =0psi.
Third teat =0psi.

Could this be caused by a bad valve (bent, broken, or not seated correctly)?

More then likely you have a valve issue not sealing properly. You could rent a camera and put it in the spark plug hole and see if there are any marks on the piston from the valve hitting.

Perform a leak down test. You can rent or borrow that tool as well. What you do is bring the cylinder you want to test up to TDC on its compression stroke so both of its valves should be closed, then remove the spark plug and attach the tool into the spark plug hole.
Then apply air pressure to the cylinder and remove the radiator or degas bottle cap and look for air bubbles, indicating a blown head gasket, also remove the oil fill cap and listen there for air, indicating if air that it may also have a blown head gasket or a broken piston ring/s. Listen out the tailpipe for air, indicating an exhaust valve not seating if air. Listen out the intake or throttle body indicating an intake valve not seating.
